At the Public Authority, we pride ourselves on our quality customer service. Our staff of friendly and knowledgeable
     Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00-5:00, to help you with IHSS Authority 
     Public Authority-related questions or concerns. Our Customer Service Department can assist IHSS Individual 
     Providers in areras such as status of timesheets, status of paychecks, address changes, W-4's, W-2's and 
     employment verifications.
